Planner
Create detailed plans efficiently
IDEX Planner uses standard templates and references standard operating procedures to make sure your well engineers are equipped with the right information to create the best plan every time.
This is how it works

Templates
All plans are created using the latest corporately approved template and by accessing approved procedures for operational tasks from your custom library.

Team actions
As a key member of the team, you will be notified about all of the actions that you are required to attend to, in order that the plan may progress.

Integration
To make a planning tool like this really sing, it is important that you don’t have to manually duplicate data that is already stored in the corporate datastores. IDEX is always integrated with these key repositories so that your plan is automatically populated with all key data.

Workflow
You will be guided through actions that need to be completed before approval is sought for any plan. These are role based dependent on the team setup.

Once all of the teams actions are completed, approvals are requested from the appropriate level from within the Planner app and can be granted there too.

Performer is fully integrated with Planner to ensure that your operations team is included in the plan from the start. When a plan is approved by the planning team, a detailed set of steps forming the initial work instructions is provided to the operations team to complete the job.

Operations log
Writing a set of notes as the job progresses is a thing of the past. All operational steps are automatically recorded by Performer to allow you to focus on the job at hand.

Operational reporting and KPI's
IDEX is configured to track all operations and report again KPI’s as a job progresses. Writing a morning report is no longer required as all team members can access the required information at any time. When you need to complete a statutory report, that’s taken care of too.

You will be guided through all operational steps with reference to the approved company best practices.

Change log
Any alterations that you have to make to the plan, whether related to equipment issues or well conditions, need to be recorded. Performer updates the plan to make sure there is a full and accurate record of the 'as performed' state.
